Project Overview
This project involved the full-facade execution of a luxury private villa in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Given the regional climate, the client required a material that offers both thermal stability and a refined, matte aesthetic.
We supplied and installed premium-grade Lymra Limestone, meticulously honed to a soft, non-reflective finish. This matte surface effectively mitigates glare under the intense desert sun, maintaining a serene visual identity throughout the day. By coordinating precise installation tolerances and high-performance weather-sealing, we ensured the facade remains durable and aesthetically consistent against environmental stressors.
Design Inspiration & Intent
The architectural vision for this residence was to honor traditional Middle Eastern design proportions while utilizing a contemporary, minimalist material palette. Lymra Limestone was selected for its inherent warmth and consistent tonality, which complements the surrounding landscape.
The design features intricate carved detailing around the entrance, serving as a functional and aesthetic focal point. The choice of a matte, honed finish was crucial; it provides a tactile, earthy quality that grounds the building, creating a sense of permanence and understated elegance. The result is a structure that feels naturally integrated into its environment, offering a timeless architectural profile that aligns with modern luxury residential standards.
